At Forresters Lane we create a weekly menu, taking inspiration from a different topic each week. For Highball we have chosen to highlight Wellington, and to base our menu off Wellington street art
The Glass Shark
Jim Beam Rye Whisky, apple honey vermouth, coffee and orange bitters. Stirred and served up with apple.
Reid+ Reid Native Gin, Garage Project Fugazi Beer, banana, pineapple and lapsang souchong tea have been combined into a clarified milk punch. Served over ice.
Havana Especial Rum, Gunpowder Rum, housemade falernum, preserved peach puree and lime are served over ice.
Martell V.S. Cognac, Six Barrel x Supreme Coffee Soda Syrup, blackberry and lemon are shaken and served up.
