At Highball 2019, Johnnie Walker will be drawing upon inspiration from its own legendary whisky blenders rooms and the original grocers store where it all began in Kilmarnock, Scotland in 1820 to create an immersive contemporary experience.
Head upstairs at the Embassy to Blondini’s and learn about Johnnie Walker’s incredible history both in Scotland and New Zealand, sample some inspiring drinks and incredible whiskies and even blend your own at the one of a kind blenders table.

30mls Johnnie Walker Black
30mls Six Barrel Ginger Ale syrup
90mls Sparkling Water
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Nori Seaweed to garnish
Measure and pour Johnnie Walker Black and Six Barrel Ginger Ale syrup into a tall chilled glass. Add dashes of bitters and fill glass with large ice. Top with sparkling water and stir to combine. Garnish with Nori seaweed and serve.
